Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • in original, unworn condition

  • free of any signs of use

  • with all original packaging, cases and accessories included

  • identical to the condition in which they were shipped

Due to the collectible and vintage nature of many of our items, we reserve the right to refuse returns if the condition has changed.


Geographical limitation

Returns are accepted only from within the European Union.

We are unfortunately unable to process returns from outside the EU due to customs, tax and logistics complexity.


Customised optical lenses

Frames fitted with custom prescription lenses or custom tinted lenses are non-returnable.

This includes:

  • prescription lenses

  • custom tinted lenses

  • bespoke optical modifications


Refund processing

Refunds are issued only after the item has been:

  • received

  • inspected

  • approved

Refunds are made to the original payment method.


Non-refundable costs

The following are non-refundable:

  • original shipping costs

  • return shipping costs

  • payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe / PayPal)

  • customs duties and import taxes


Return shipping

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Condition disputes

If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, modification or lens fitting, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be refused.
